Pope Francis

Pope Francis certainly has given us a lot to talk about and reflect on since his papacy. He recently did an interview with America Magazine and it immediately hit prime time news. He has the whole world buzzing, hopeful and anticipatory of his next move. I’ve included the entire article for you to read and reflect on. I also want to interject the importance to pray for our Pope and all of our leaders and share  this beautiful scripture with you. Timothy 2:1-3 says, “Beloved: First of all, I ask that supplications, prayers, petitions, and thanksgivings be offered for everyone, for kings and for all in authority, that we may lead a quiet and tranquil life in all devotion and dignity. This is good and pleasing to God our savior.”

  1. Thank you Dawn, for continuing to strengthen my faith. I have now joined RCIA at the church, and cannot wait to make my conversion. God Bless

  2. I enjoyed this interview very much. What a different and refreshing perspective for the Catholic Church while still remaining grounded in our traditions. I can only pray that the Pope Francis will be with us for a long time.
