Lets face it, life is hard and sometimes we need a little escape to get refocused and centered. This is where a retreat can help but, how many of us have the time in our busy schedules to take a few days or one full day off from our work schedules to make that all important time for a retreat?  A few years back I came across this website that offers a 3 minute retreat from the comfort of your own home or work station. You only need to make time for 3 minutes, which is very reasonable. This cyber retreat is not meant to replace a retreat from an established retreat center, but it is great for those moments when we need to steal a few minutes away from the stress and chaos of the everyday.
